Refund
Please allow us to help you resolving issue you are facing. Contact us at support@wpthemesking.com and please allow 24-48 hours for our Support Team to get back to you.
We do not issue refunds for digital products cause once the order is confirmed; the product is sent. The nature of digital products is such that they can be downloaded instantly makes it non-returnable, non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to restrict access to the files that you’ve already received. Once you buy any product, that instantly gets downloaded / delivered and all sales are done. Hence, refunds can not be provided.
