The digital products (known as Themes, Plugins, Add-ons) listed on the website are available for personal use only.  You are free to install, modify our products for personal or commercial websites. You can use them as many projects as you like for any purpose.

We do not provide any license or trial/commercial keys needed for automatic updating of these products. The WordPress themes, plugins, extensions, add-ons and snippets authored by Provider and/or distributed licensed under the GNU General Public License (“GPL”). No license keys are needed.

Product Delivery

Delivery is automatic and instant once you make the payment.  You can download the product(s) on your account page in “Downloads” section once the payment is confirmed. You will also receive an email with instructions how to download and install the product. Please use a valid email address while registering.

Payment and Renewal

General Terms

By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay WPThemesKing the one-time fee for a single product OR for Monthly or Annual subscription fees indicated against each subscription plan. 

You also agree to pay for any additional service that you wish to take viz:

• Installation and Customization of theme on your project.
• Website Design and Development.

Since all the products are in digital form, hence, payments are not refundable.  Please click here to see our refund Policy in this regard.

Renewals

We respect your freedom.  Once your Subscription is expired, it will not be automatically renewed.  You will be notified via email before the subscription period ends to renew your subscription at your will.  Hence, our subscribers have full authority and freedom on their subscription plan.    

But we highly recommend to consider renewing your subscription in time.  You may ask us for a discount coupon at the time of renewal, most likely we would offer you a good discount on your renewals.

In addition, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by submitting your request to WPThemesKing in writing.  But no refund is allowed for such cancellations.  Please click here to see our refund Policy in this regard.

Refund Policy

All sales become final on purchase.  We do not issue refunds for digital products cause once the order is confirmed; the product is sent. The nature of digital products is such that they can be downloaded instantly makes it non-returnable, non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to restrict access to the files that you’ve already received. Once you buy any product, that instantly gets downloaded / delivered and all sales are done. Hence, refunds cannot be provided.

However, if you face any issue, We’ll do our best to solve any problems. Support

All digital downloads are in “as is where is” condition yet original and complete with no implied warranty whatsoever.  If you need official support and updates we advise you to buy directly from the Developers.

However, we provide basic technical support to the extent installing the themes, extensions or plugins. 

If you wish to take our Customization Services, you are welcome to contact us.  Our Customization and Web Development Services are chargeable as per the requirements.  Please explore our Service Section for availing these services.

Privacy Policy

Any information provided by the buyer will be used solely for the purposes of the transaction, delivery, and notifications about the new software products and solutions to any customer service issues.

By registering on the website, you give your consent to receiving messages via e-mail (newsletter subscription). If you want to opt out of receiving these messages, please notify us. After receiving your feedback, we will remove your email address from the mailing list within 24 hours.

However, we do not guarantee that the products purchased on the website will function exactly as you wish; also not guarantee that the new update released will function the same way compare to the previous one.
